On the second and final day of competition in Nassau, the capital of the Bahamas, Marika Popowicz-Drapała, Iga Baumgart-Witan, Justyna Święty-Ersetic and Natalia Kaczmarek claimed the silver for Poland in the women's 4x400m relay and qualified for the upcoming Olympics in Paris.

That was the sole podium finish for Team Poland in the Bahamas, public broadcaster Polish Radio’s IAR news agency reported.
Additionally, three other Polish relay teams—the women's 4x100m, the men's 4x400m, and the mixed 4x400m—secured Olympic qualifications.

Nearly 900 athletes from 54 countries flocked to the Bahamas to compete in the 2024 World Athletics Relays on May 4 and 5, according to officials.
Poland fielded a team of 26 athletes to represent it during the two-day event.
Poland won five medals, two gold and three silver, at the 2021 World Athletics Relays on home turf in the southern city of Chorzów.
